Preparation
Defective paints, joinery & rust are removed & treated. Blown render is hacked off. Cracks are opened & EML fitted.
Pressure Wash
A thorough wash of the entire area is effective in removing dirt & grease etc. It helps maintain a clean & tidy work site.
Remedial Works
After inspection, repairs to joinery, render, brickwork, roofing, etc. are carried out. Surfaces are sealed & stabilised.
Painting & Finishing
Painting on primed clean solid surfaces ensures the subsequent paint layers endure; providing both protection & the desired finish.
